1. Introduction

POB Esports is an online esports tournament platform where users can participate in tournaments for eligible games.

Using the website, creating an account, joining a tournament, or using wallet/payment features constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. User Account

• You must provide correct information for your account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• A user must not abuse the system by creating multiple fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
• Using a fake, misleading, or another person's identity is prohibited.
• Admin may review, restrict, suspend, or ban suspicious accounts where appropriate.

3. Tournament Registration

When joining a tournament, you must correctly enter the required details.

Game-related details such as:

• Game Name
• Player ID / UID
• In-game Name
• Level
• Team/Slot information

that are required for the tournament must be accurate.

Responsibility for providing incorrect information lies with the user.

4. Saved Player Details

Your game/player details may be saved to your account so that you don't need to re-enter the same information for future tournaments.

You may review and edit saved details before joining a tournament.

Once tournament registration/payment is complete, submitted tournament-entry details are normally locked, unless Admin allows a correction.

5. Entry Fee & Payment

• The entry fee for a tournament is clearly shown on the tournament page.
• You must confirm the applicable entry fee before joining.
• Tournament registration may be confirmed after successful payment, according to the tournament's registration/payment status.
• Failed, pending, or incomplete payment will not be considered a successful entry.
• Payment records may be preserved in the system.

6. Wallet

The POB Esports wallet may be used for the platform's supported transactions.

Wallet balance may be used for:

• Tournament entry
• Approved refunds
• Eligible winnings
• Other supported wallet transactions

Wallet transaction history may be maintained.

7. Disqualification

Admin may disqualify a player from a tournament for violating tournament rules.

Possible reasons include:

• Cheating
• Hacking
• Unauthorized third-party software
• Exploits
• Fake/misleading player information
• Wrong Player ID/UID
• Impersonation
• Match manipulation
• Collusion
• Abusive behaviour
• Tournament rules violation
• Suspicious/fraudulent activity
• Any other serious violation of tournament rules

Admin may record the reason for disqualification.

Important: a normal disqualification does not automatically result in a permanent ban. A player may be disqualified from a particular tournament and may still participate in future/other tournaments, subject to the applicable rules.

8. Permanent Block From a Tournament

Admin may permanently block a player from a specific tournament where justified.

A tournament-specific permanent block means:

• The player cannot rejoin that particular tournament.
• This is not automatically a global account ban.
• The player may join other eligible tournaments unless separately restricted.

9. Refund

If a refund is approved according to Admin/system rules, the applicable refund amount may be credited to the user's POB Esports wallet.

After a refund:

• The original registration may become inactive.
• The original slot may be released.
• Refund transaction history is preserved.

If retry is allowed along with the refund, the user may enter the tournament again according to the applicable tournament rules.

Duplicate refunds will not be issued.

10. Rejoin / Retry

A disqualified/removed/refunded player is not automatically considered permanently blocked.

If Admin has not applied a permanent tournament block and retry is allowed, the player may rejoin the same tournament.

Previous registration history is preserved, and a new registration may be created as a separate record.

11. Slot Count

Only valid active registrations are counted in a tournament's filled slots.

Disqualified, removed, refunded, or otherwise inactive registrations are not included in the active slot count.

12. Fair Play

Players are required to maintain fair play.

Strictly prohibited:

• Hacks
• Cheats
• Scripts
• Unauthorized tools
• Exploits
• Game manipulation
• Teaming/collusion where prohibited
• Match fixing
• Intentional result manipulation
• Fraudulent participation

Where evidence is available, Admin may investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Match Pause / Reschedule

Admin may pause a match due to technical issues, a cheating investigation, server/game problems, or other valid circumstances.

Admin may:

• Pause the match
• Resume the match
• Reschedule the match
• Cancel the match

according to the situation.

When a match is rescheduled, existing valid paid registrations are normally preserved, and users may be notified of the updated match time.

Existing players normally do not need to pay again for the same preserved registration.

14. Tournament Cancellation

If a tournament is cancelled, Admin will decide the applicable refund/cancellation process according to the circumstances and applicable policy.

After a tournament is cancelled, registrations/results/transactions may be preserved in system records for audit and support purposes.

15. Results & Prizes

Tournament results are determined according to the Admin-defined scoring system and applicable tournament rules.

Prizes/winnings may be credited to eligible winners' wallet/account after required verification.

Admin may review suspicious, fraudulent, or disputed results before final prize credit.

16. Withdrawals

Eligible wallet balance may be withdrawn through a supported withdrawal method, subject to applicable withdrawal rules, verification, and processing requirements.

Additional verification may be required after a withdrawal request is submitted.

17. Support

You may create a support request through the website's Support section.

A support conversation may preserve:

• Your message
• Admin's reply
• Timestamp
• Ticket status

Admin's reply will appear in the same support conversation/thread.

18. Admin Announcements

Admin may send important announcements to users.

Announcements may include:

• Text
• Image
• Tournament link
• Website/page link
• Other relevant information

Users may receive notifications for relevant announcements.

19. Notifications

Users may receive notifications for tournaments, payments, wallet activity, support, announcements, and other relevant account activity.

Notifications may be maintained with a read/unread status.

20. Fraud & Abuse

Manipulating the platform, fraudulent payments, fake accounts, payment abuse, refund abuse, system exploitation, or other malicious activity is prohibited.

Admin may take appropriate action on suspicious activity, including restriction, disqualification, refund review, suspension, or account-level action where justified.

21. Account Suspension / Ban

In cases of serious violations, fraud, abuse, repeated rule violations, or security concerns, Admin may suspend or ban an account according to the applicable circumstances.

A tournament-specific permanent block will be treated separately from a global account ban.

22. Technical Issues

POB Esports will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functional.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, third-party service outages, game/server problems, network problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

23. Third-Party Services

Payments, authentication, game services, hosting, storage, and other third-party services may be used in the platform's operation.

Independent outages/issues of third-party services may affect platform functionality.

24. Privacy

User information will be handled according to applicable privacy practices and the platform's Privacy Policy.

Users should also review the Privacy Policy.

25. Terms Changes

POB Esports may update/change these Terms & Conditions in the future.

The updated version may become applicable once published on the website.

26. Acceptance

Using POB Esports, creating an account, joining a tournament, making a payment, or using the platform's features constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
